Action Plans

Every couple of years, Penn Leads the Vote and the Office of Government and Community Affairs publish the University of Pennsylvania’s “Campus Action Plan for Strengthening American Democracy”. This is done in compliance with Penn’s participation in the ALL IN Democracy Challenge.

The Action Plan outlines how PLTV and other University offices work together to improve civic engagement on campus and work towards full voter registration among undergraduates by 2028.
